Invitation to the Affiliated Groups and Groups of Interests
We invite and encourage affiliated groups as well as groups of interests that are implicated in the camping sectors to hold meetings, social activities and training sessions destined to their groups in prelude to ICC Quebec 2008. Different packages include housing, meals and access to certain services such as meeting rooms for groups that consist of 20 to 100 people. Pricing depends on what kind of establishment you choose (summer camps, youth hostels, student housing, etc) as well as in regards to your specific needs.
Each group is responsible for organizing their program and to finance all costs relative to the chosen package as well as for material, audiovisual or technical costs.
ICC Quebec 2008 will offer you the required support for the signing-up of your group participants, for the promoting of your event, as well as help you in order to deal with the necessary details for the establishment where your activities will be held.
