A message from the Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports and Minister of Families
 I would like to invite you to register for the International Camping Fellowship Congress in Québec City, from October 4 to 7, 2008.
As you know, 2008 is the 400th anniversary of the founding of Québec City. The occasion will be marked by festivities and meetings of all kinds throughout the year. World Leisure will be holding its international congress on the same site as that of the International Camping Fellowship, which will make it possible for delegates to the two organizations to take part in discussions with a larger number of people and groups with a broad range of experience.
Your visit to Québec City will give you an opportunity to see a World Heritage Site that is the cradle of francophone culture in North America, and to celebrate Québec City's 400th anniversary with the people of Québec.
