 Autumn is undeniably a prized season to visit Quebec City.
Therefore, in order to facilitate reservations for the delegates, rooms have been reserved in four different hotels, all located in proximity of the "Centre des congrès".
However, considering the high tourist season, Quebec's 400th anniversary celebrations, the Summit of French-speaking countries to be held in the days following the International Camping Congress, and the number of rooms available within walking distance of the "Centre des congrès de Québec", we highly recommend reserving your rooms as soon as possible.

Associate Partners
The 8th edition of the International Camping Congress' administration has entrusted Global Tourisme with the control and supervision of hotel rooms and reservation process. Global Tourisme is a well-known tourism agency in Quebec and possesses all the required permits for this type of transaction. In cooperation with the Congress, the agency has reserved blocs of rooms in 5 hotels located in proximity to the Centre des congrès. Online reservations can be made on Global Tourism's highly secured web site. Furthermore, this agency can help you plan your sightseeing tours before and after, as well as during, the Congress.

In order to help you choose your hotel and make your reservation, please refer to the chart listing the available hotels as well as their respective rates and services offered.
Should a hotel listed in the descriptive card no longer be found on the online reservation index, it is because the hotel is completely booked.

Congress Registration
Please note that registration to the Congress is not included on this reservation site. Registrations can be made on another web site on the Registrations, packages and rates page.
Reservation Methods
- This method is available online on a highly secured web site.
- You will be asked to create a user profile, with user name and password in order to access the web site and make your hotel reservation. This will enable you to return at a later time for reference or modification.
- You must fill out one reservation card per room and start the process over for a second room, and so on.
- You must read and accept the general conditions at the bottom of the reservation card by checking the appropriate box.
- You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.
Payment Methods
- You can make your payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) or ask for an invoice in order to make your payment with a cheque sent by regular mail. You can also pay by money order; all necessary information can be found on the index card should you choose to make this type of payment.
- For credit card transactions, 10% of your reservation cost will be debited immediately from your account and the balance due will be debited 30 days prior to your arrival in 2008.
- Credit card transactions will appear under the name "Global Tourisme International" on your statement.
- Important: For the invoicing method, a 10% deposit must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) at the time of your online reservation.
- The cheque must be received 30 days prior to your arrival in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Cheques must be made from a Canadian bank and made to the order of Global Tourisme International.
- The "invoicing" method will be available up to 45 days prior to your arrival. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.
- You must confirm a payment method on your reservation card.
Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars. You can convert these prices to your currency by visiting the following web site http://finance.yahoo.com/currency or by using your favourite exchange rate converter.
Cancellations
- No fees will be charged for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
- Between 29 and 15 days from the date of arrival, the rate for one (1) night will be charged.
- Between 14 days and the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount due will be charged.
- On the date of arrival, the total amount will have to be paid in full.
- All cancellations must be received in writing in order to obtain a reimbursement.
