Online registration
The internet link for online registration can be found at the bottom of this heading, as well as a PDF format of the registration form which can be filled out and printed for fax or regular mail registrations. However, before you begin, we would ask you to read the following information which will prove to be quite useful during registration and will facilitate the process.
Choosing the Right Package
Over 17 packages are available (3 regular, 2 special, 4 daily, 5 student and 3 guest). To find out more about the services related to each of these packages, and in order to make the right choice and facilitate your registration, please consult the table below.
N.B. Student Packages
Delegates 25 years of age or less as October 4th, 2008.Identification cards (preferably the passport) must be presented at the registration desk upon arrival at the congress.
Hotel Accommodations and Pre and Post Congress Tours
Please note that hotel accommodations and tours are not included in the registration fee. These reservations can be made on the accommodations page of our web site and constitute a separate financial operation.

Inscription Procedures - Three options are available:
1. By Fax
Registration can be done by fax by using the form (See below). Simply fill out the form and then print it so it can be forwarded by fax. The only method of payment accepted for fax registrations is by credit card (see method of payment) and complete coordinates must appear on the transmitted form. The date on which the fax is received will be considered as the registration date.
2. By Regular Mail
You can also register by regular mail by using the form (See below). Fill out the form then print it so it can be sent by regular mail. Methods of payment accepted for registrations received by mail are credit card, check or bank transfer (see method of payment). The postmark will confirm the date on which the form was sent.
Online registration is not longer available. However, if you wish to register or make a change/correction to a registration already made, please print out the PDF form, complete it and fax it to 1 418 658-8850.

All rates are in Canadian dollars. You might want to visit

Method of Payment
Full payment in Canadian dollars should be made when you register. Registrations by fax will be accepted with credit card payment only. Payment can be made according to the following procedures:
- Credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The transaction will appear under the name isimo online registrationon your next statement.
- Cheques, made payable to the order of ICC Quebec 2008,and bank transfers must be drawn on a Canadian bank. Please indicate the bank transfer number and the name of the issuing bank on the registration form.

Please note that $40 CDN should be added to the total cost of registration when payment is made by bank transfer. Registrants are responsible for all bank fees and currency exchange rate fees. All balances due are payable at the registration desk upon arrival, at which time a receipt will be provided.
Cancellation policy
In order to receive a refund, minus a $ 100CDN administrative charge, a cancellation notice must be received in writing at the secretariat either by fax to 1 418 658-8850 or email to inscription@iccquebec2008.com before September 5th 2008. After this date, refunds will no longer be possible. Please note that refunds will be made after the Conference. However, substitutions can be made by written notification to the secretariat before September 24th 2008.
If the conference is cancelled for any reason, the Conference shall not be held liable for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by conference registration.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be available on site.
Badges
Identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all Conference functions (scientific or social). Individuals who lose their badges will be required to pay a $30 CDN fee for a personalized replacement badge.
Delegate List
Please note that all registered delegates will have their name, address and email addresses printed on a Delegate List. Should you not wish to have your details distributed, please check the appropriate box when you register.
